insurance & superbills

How payment and insurance work

This is an out-of-network practice. Understanding reimbursement options ahead of time can make the practical side of therapy feel less uncertain.

Out-of-network benefits

This practice is out of network with insurance panels. Many clients still use out-of-network benefits for partial reimbursement—check your plan’s mental health coverage for details.

Superbills & paperwork

When possible, documentation can be provided so you can submit claims to your insurer for out-of-network reimbursement. Ask during consultation if this is relevant for your plan.

Private pay

Private pay keeps the focus on the therapy relationship—without insurance-driven session limits or documentation requirements that can shape care.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for non-emergency care. Learn more from CMS.

Accepted payment methods: Credit Card.
